The Indiana Christmas Train is a magical new holiday tradition for families, friends, and festive spirits alike!

Departing from Pleasant Lake, Indiana, this roundtrip of approximately 90 minutes passes through the winter countryside and includes a visit from Santa aboard every train, live music, cozy holiday vibes, and experiences customized for children and adults, including a special 21-and-over Cocktail Class.

Young passengers are invited to take part in a cheerful holiday scavenger hunt, spotting reindeer, elves, and Christmas surprises tucked along the winter landscape during the ride.

Travelin’ Toms Coffee will also be on hand, serving hot chocolate and seasonal drinks at the Pleasant Lake station.

First Class tickets include complimentary light refreshments and holiday treats, and a commemorative gift. Additional amenities are included where listed.

This excursion is a fundraiser operated by the volunteers of the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society. Your patronage supports our ongoing rail preservation and community enrichment efforts. All proceeds support local railroad preservation.

THE OFFERINGS

Deluxe Coach, First Class, Cocktail Class, and Private Car tickets are available for this event. Children three years of age and younger who do not occupy a seat ride free in Deluxe Coach only.

All tickets are individually priced unless specifically referenced or otherwise marked as Family Packages, Couples, Table, Couch, Suite, etc. ADA-specific seats are available in Deluxe Coach only.

Our Christmas Cocktail Class includes a cash bar. This amenity is only available for responsible guests 21 years of age or older who purchase tickets in Cocktail Class and cannot be accessed by guests in other classes.

Passengers may bring their own personal food and non-alcoholic drinks. Pets are not permitted, but service animals are welcome.

PRIVATE CARS, LOUNGES & BOOKINGS

The following cars are available for private bookings:

Roanoke: Can accommodate between 12-15 guests.
Pacific Island (lounge only): Can accommodate 15 guests.
Lawton Park (Fridays and Sundays only): Can accommodate 28 guests.
Kitchi Gammi Club: (December 19th-22nd only) Can accommodate 20 guests.

THE FINE PRINT 

Ticket prices as shown do not include processing fees. Tickets are automatically emailed to passengers upon checkout and are not sent via any other means. Guests are advised to double-check their email address for accuracy before completing their purchase, and to check their spam or junk mail folder if they don’t see the confirmation email and to communicate with the ticket agent using the purchasing email and not an alternate address.

Parking, boarding, and safety information is included with every purchase confirmation. Your review of this information is essential to ensuring an enjoyable experience.

Passengers wishing to travel together should book their tickets as part of the same reservation and under the same name. Refunds or exchanges are only available 30 days or more before travel. In place of refunds, credits for future travel and experiences are offered. Due to their historic nature, only select cars are ADA accessible.
