TICKET PRICES

Ticket offerings include individual seats, family packages, table seating, 21-and-over experiences, more. First class and above tickets include seasonal refreshments, holiday treats, and a commemorative gift. Special accommodations include an executive chef.

Ticket fares start at $34–$45 for Deluxe Coach, $275 for a four-person First Class table, and $1,500 for a private car accommodating up to 28 guests.

THE EXPERIENCE

The Indiana Christmas Train is a magical new holiday tradition for families, friends, and festive spirits alike!

Departing from Pleasant Lake, Indiana, this roundtrip of approximately 90 minutes passes through the winter countryside and includes a visit from Santa aboard every train, live music, cozy holiday vibes, and experiences customized for children and adults, including a special 21-and-over Cocktail Class.

Travelin’ Toms Coffee will also be on hand, serving hot chocolate and seasonal drinks at the Pleasant Lake station for guests before departure.

First Class tickets include complimentary light refreshments and holiday treats, and a commemorative gift. Additional amenities are included where listed.

This excursion is a fundraiser operated by the volunteers of the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society. Your patronage supports our ongoing rail preservation and community enrichment efforts. All proceeds support local railroad preservation.

THE OFFERINGS

Deluxe Coach, First Class, Cocktail Class, and Private Car tickets are available for this event. Children three years of age and younger who do not occupy a seat ride free in Deluxe Coach only.

All tickets are individually priced unless specifically referenced or otherwise marked as Family Packages, Couples, Table, Couch, Suite, etc. ADA-specific seats are available in Deluxe Coach only.

Our Christmas Cocktail Class includes a cash bar. This amenity is only available for responsible guests 21 years of age or older who purchase tickets in Cocktail Class and cannot be accessed by guests in other classes.

PRIVATE CARS & GROUP BOOKINGS

Our lounge car, Lawton Park, is available for private charter on select dates, as well as Monday, December 21st and Tuesday, December 22nd. This heated car features a variety of chairs, couches, and lounge seats in two sections, and can accommodate up to 28 guests. Guests chartering a private car are encouraged to bring their own gifts for Santa to hand out and may bring additional food and beverages with them.

Group rates are also available for coach and first class accommodations.

Delivery: Tickets are emailed instantly upon purchase. Check your spam folder, but also ensure you enter your email correctly when ordering.
Boarding Info: Parking and safety details are included in your confirmation email. Save it. We’ll also send reminders.
Travel Together: To sit with friends, please book under one reservation.
Refunds: Available 30+ days before travel. Credits offered for late cancellations.
Provisions: Passengers may bring personal food and non-alcoholic refreshments.
Pets: Service animals are welcome, but please leave pets at home.
Accessibility: Due to their historic nature, only select cars are ADA accessible. They’re listed in the ticket selection screen.

FIRST CLASS

First Class tickets include a holiday gift, complimentary light refreshments, including coffee, soft drinks, sparkling cider, and hot chocolate, all served en-route. Both individual and table packages are available. Guests traveling aboard the Christmas Kitchen in New York Central No. 48 will also enjoy freshly baked holiday treats made on board by our executive chef.

COCKTAIL CLASS

Our Christmas Cocktail Class is reserved for guests 21 and over, offering relaxing holiday accommodations with lounge and table seating features cozy electric fireplaces and heating. Guests can enjoy custom holiday cocktails and seasonal drinks for purchase from the cash bar, along with complimentary light refreshments, festive holiday treats, and live entertainment. Cocktail Class is offered on Saturday trips only.
